1. 2 ORDERING

 

Please use our website to order and pay in full. We do require full payment before we can despatch your order. 

Please check all your details before you order because it is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate.

Keepers Makers Online accepts payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way of ensuring you are using a trusted and secure electronic payment gateway. 

You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase, and you can use your bank card when checking out if preferred.

1. 4 UK DELIVERY

 

Delivery to the UK is based on weight of items ordered but it will total no more than £8 for courier delivery. 

1. 5 RETURNS

 

Please note returns on personalised items are not available due to the nature of the product. If however your item is damaged in the post or arrives with incorrect details (that differ from what you have provided) we will provide a refund or replacement without question.
